Friends (or something like it)
Bruce Wayne | Batman/DCAU | ⊗⊗⊗
The father who forgot about him and is now from a different universe. Regardless, Jason thinks very highly of Bruce. He's also still deeply, irrationally hurt over the way his Bruce handled his death and well, Tim. On some level, he knows he can't hold this Bruce accountable for all that, but Bruce in any universe is kind of a douche bag and well, it's easy to hate what you know.
Dick Grayson | Batman/DCU | ⊗⊗⊗
Brother from another mother. Except kind of not. Dick is someone Jason would really like to punch in the face a few times. Growing up at Wayne Manor, he was always compared to Dick's Robin by himself, but also by the other heroes, and Batman himself. Dick is the golden boy you just kind of want to kill no matter what. But then if you do, who are you going to be pissed at? Also, it's annoying when he tries to play older brother. Not like... Violently angering, just annoying as shit.
Talia Al Ghul | Batman/DCU | ⊗⊗⊗
Not Played. Talia is an enigma. Jason can't tell whether or not she cares about him, but she kind of acts like she does, and he needs that too much to shut her down. Plus, she bought him a company or two, paid for a number of very expensive (and very dangerous) tutors, and has generally treated him pretty well. And she's wicked hot, especially when she does that one thing with her tongue.
Kotarou Katsura | Gintama | ⊗⊗⊗
Lol, what. Katsura is Jason's drinking buddy, primary backer, and not quite crush. He's a quirky guy who talks about samurai honor codes and alien invasions as if he's discussing the weather. Interesting, if abnormal. Or maybe that's what makes it interesting. Who knows. But past all the obscure bullshit he spews, Katsura is a pretty swell guy, with decent (if idealistic) morals and quick wits. He's also pretty. Must be the hair.
Mindy MacCready | Kick Ass | ⊗⊗⊗
Dropped.Mindy was the little sister Jason never had. She was spunky, competent, and not above kicking a few heads in if that's what it took to get the job done. She was an ideal partner (in most cases), and not bad to have around, after he got passed all the Hello Kitty shit that currently exists in his corner of the room.
Heero Yuy | Gundam Wing | ⊗⊗⊗
Giant Robot Specialist? Also possibly a robot himself. Jason is pretty sure that if you took Bruce, Tim, and the other most methodical man on the planet and cross-cloned them, you'd get Heero Yuy. The guy might have a sense of humor buried somewhere down there, but it's pretty well hidden. Girlfriend's hot in a retro Barbie sort of way.
Rapunzel | Tangled | ⊗⊗⊗
Actually a fairy tale princess? She offered to make Jay pizza and seems to think he's not so much of a jerk. Huh. Weird. Also, she's apparently pretty old, but maybe that fair tale princesses being naive thing has some legitimacy, because she doesn't seem to know much about like... Life. And stuff. Whatever.
Acquaintances (you, sir, confuse me)
Shuuichi Shindou | Gravitation | ⊗⊗⊗
Quite possibly the gayest thing ever. Jason doesn't get Shuuichi. The pink hair makes him irrationally angry, even more so than the perpetually peppy attitude. At the same time though, the kid's got spunk and is smarter than he usually lets on. His taste in music is questionable, though. Really questionable. Seriously, current Bon Jovi? What the fuck.
Fujisaki Suguru | Gravitation | ⊗⊗⊗
Shell shocked, polite, meek, etc. Jason doesn't know much abotu Suguru other than that he seems to make an effort not to piss people off. He takes people at their word, which is nice in a naive sort of way. Who knows, maybe he's not as stupid as the aforementioned character trait might imply.
Sakuma Ryuichi | Gravitation | ⊗⊗⊗
Alternately really fucking stupid, and... Slightly insightful? Just an all around confusing guy who apparently doesn't know the value of a pen and paper.
Kanaya Maryam | Homestuck | ⊗⊗⊗
TROLLOLOLOLOLOLO~ Who actually doesn't troll all that much. Kanaya and Jay have managed to have surprisingly deep conversations despite the fact that neither of them really take the other all that seriously. Katsura thinks highly enough of the trollololos apparently, so that might be good enough for Jay. Maybe.
