winter term and crappy kazaa-installed programs

So Winter Term's looking promising - I got offered a volunteer/internship at Aaron School, which seems like it'd be a pretty cool place to work - Deffinitely different from AMAC. I'm still kinda waiting to hear from some of the other places though, since I've heard a couple of them are really good

his "virus-like" thing that doesn't get detected by anti-virus programs but makes it impossible to start Windows - it does that "System Shutdown"

Had that same problem... usually occurs when shutting down too many svchost.exe processes... restarting fixed it for me though.

yah... rebooting did nothing... plus we hadn't shut down any svchost.exe processes - this happens about 5 seconds after the computer boots up :-/

And your sure it's not SASA?

Normally when I get those problems, I just get lazy and reghost my hard drive... maybe theirs a service not starting?
