there's someone in my building who practices flute for literally lilke, 3-10 hours a day. I seriously feel like I hear them practicing any time there isn't some other type of noise to block it out (e.g. music, tv, etc)....

Maybe they give lessons to non-connies, and that's why it sucks and it's all day!

interesting theory... but I feel like he/she plays the same stuff all day... if it was lessons, the people taking lessons would probably sound different from each other and play different stuff...
