So my mom was watching Good Morning American Monday morning. This guy was on talking about his diet. He says you will loose up to 10 pounds a month. Not bad. You don't have to do too much either. Eat an apple before every meal, make sure to eat calcium for breakfast ( i eat yogurt ), drink plenty of water, and exercise only 2 hours a week
