This past week was pretty exhausting, I was pulling 12-14 hour night shifts checking water and pumping levels at a Lockheed plant and then going to see the Sox play the A's with a really good buddy of mine who flew out to chill and watch baseball. Yeah, you really should, bikers are that cool. The cyclists in Little Rock are likely the coolest cats in town.

Yeah, fucked up, eh? ... the company that I work for has some big contract with them, monitoring and cleaning up some plume(s) of contaminants. Last week we were running something called a pumping test which should provide info on how fast we can sustainably pump water out of the ground. My role in this was to check water levels in one of the two wells we were pumping and an adjacent monitoring well, tweak the pumping rates, and make sure the equipment didn't fail. Yup.

And dude, the cartoon is totally a historically inaccurate depiction of He-Man. Given that he wore a loincloth he wouldve been poorly suited for the colder climates in which blonde, uh, norse people were historically found, so it seems much more likely that he was... you know... black. Ffrom north africa. Like Jesus.

Now that I've stumbled upon your blog, I'll be a semi-regular reader. If you do get your hands on a skateboard, and you ever make it back to Conn to visit, we should thrash. That would be awesome.
