My brain hurts from all this spur of the moment thinking.

Today was long and tiring, but fun. I think all those hours in the water singed my skin a bit. It was worth it.

One hundred and sixty eight pages to go.

All these plot twists seem unnecessary at the moment, but it's pretty typical of Rowlling to let all the answers unravel in the end, and use the rest as foreshadowing for the next novels.
