1. yes as long as you can remove decorations for graduation, like don't apply permanent marker to the cap

2. i'm 99% sure we do not have to be in caps and gowns for rehearsal, its not like a dance recital or anything where our uniform/costume/gown would hinder our performance in any way

3. flip flops don't have heels so i assume what you are talking about is not a flip flop but a sandal by definition, if you are unsure, send as many girls as possible pictures of these said "flip flops" so we can all marvel at the pretty shoes ;-)

You can use white electrical tape to make checkers on your cap.
