iam soooooooooooooooooooo frustrated about my insurance. I can't even stand it. And since when is it a requirement to be mean in order to work in customer service? I didn''t know that rule. And if everyone is trained on the same system, why is there no consistency in information given and found? And why are all the supervisors suddenly in meetings ( Read more... )
