iowagirl11 suggested I make a set of "Norrington retrospective" icons, and since I feel pretty strongly that Norrington is, in fact, the best PotC character, I was, how you say, down with it. A few other be-wigged characters also made it in, but this set is pretty much all Norrington.

ASTJHELTHLETHELKTH. JAMES NORRINGTON FOR THE WIN.

I can now die happy. I must say I love the use of coloring here, which is odd since I'm nomally more for "natural" looking icons but somehow the washed out blue-ness of the icons accented with the gold makes me spazz happily. You pick the best caps. Also it's great to see PotCII icons that aren't of Keira Knightley (said as I post with an Elizabeth icon). Yay. variation.

I especially love the PotCII icons as I just got back from my second showing tonight; favorites stand 03, 06, 21, 23, 25, 44, 45, 53-56 (I love the whole row). Your framing is impeccible, often just "off" enough to be unique and unusual. Plus the fantastic use of color. Guh. These are gorgeous. Some of my favorites of all the ones you've ever done.

I am definately going to be taking some and will come back and tell you which ones. (Probably will come from among the ones listed.)

This is the perfect coincidence! I JUST got back from seeing the movie. EXCELLENT!! I'll be taking some of the newer ones. Will credit.

I took 1, 3, 4, 6, 14, 18, 19, 26, 29, 41, 48, 49, 55, and 57.

My favorite is the Pirate Spank Inferno one. I tried explaining the hilariosity of Lesbian Spank Inferno to my mother "...but! the dinner table! and everyone was staring! and it was porn with a plot!" but she didn't get it. Maybe she will get Pirate Spank Inferno?

I'm quite drawn to #19 at the moment, but if I snag others, they will definitely be credited. :)
