I guess the ladybugs that hatch first aren't the brightest sparks. They'll learn how tasty aphids are soon enough. Juicy juicy.

They do! They're a primary predator. In fact, aphids were so bad last year that I was thinking perhaps I should find someone to sell me a box of 200 bugs or something ;) God bless the internet!
