What is/was George doing in New Jersey? Jambalaya and steak sounds like a very filling meal indeed! I've only had jambalaya a couple times, but each time I've had it, I've loved it.

George works for a company that has him travel. His job is to install security systems and gates to huge businesses all over the eastern seaboard. He leaves during the week and most weekends he's home unless they have him wok overtime. It sucks because I hardly get to see him.

No, it's not how it's supposed to be. Our family is supposed to stick together but the only smart and mature ones are myself, my cousin Carrie and my Aunt Linda. We're all just sitting back and watching/hearing all this happen and it's ridiculous. It makes me so mad how greedy and selfish my other uncle and cousin and my own mother is being. It sickens me.
