I was looking through my old sketchbooks, particularly my junior year non-academic sketchbook, and was a little surprised to be reminded that despite my trouble with proportions, I had a pretty cool style going (heavily influenced by Sandman's The Kindly Ones, which I had just read) which I have since lost the ability to draw in

Actually no. I feel older than everyone...and that I should have grandkids by now.

first: I often feel younger than others around me. I think it is because most of my life I have been the youngest in most crowds I'm in. I also realize I have a lot to learn especially as a first year in college. I also get insecure and it sometimes affects the way I feel about my relation to others. Sometimes I feel older though. It really depends.

Also the arm you were worried about looks a lot better to me now. The shoulder is neat!
