I'm trying to find out more on CSUSB...my friend recommended that I check through live journal and ask someone who goes there(Is there a CSUSB community through livejournal?)...I typed it in and you name popped out. I'd just like to hear the truth for once. I'm sick of reading the sugar coated shit people tell you about a school, just so they can get you to go...So please! My question is: What is the school like? What's that whole area like? I'm from Santa Barbara Cali and would love to explore the other areas of this awesome state...what are the people like? Usually depending on the area, people tend to differ. Thank you so much and "Happy Birthday!"

um hi... haha. well, i went to CSUSB for last semester as a domestic exchange student (i am from CT and i attend UMASS amherst). i absolutely loved it out there. i am a theater major and had a great time, the people i met were awesome and i made a ton of amazing friends. i am also flying back out there to visit this january.

the area is really beautiful i think, deserts and mountains basically. i have never been to santa barbara but i hear that is beautiful too. most of the people i met, i really liked. it seems that compared to the east coast people are much more laid back and chill with everything out there.

my experience at cal state was really awesome. i even thought of transferring out there. i would say if you are down with A LOT of mountains and a lot of desert then it would be a nice place to go. i'm not sure what else you want to hear..... but i really liked it. good luck!
