INTP girls {I don't know about guys but the same holds true, I'm sure} are so...WEIRD. Seriously, they're the strangest people I encounter {other than ENTP's who are weird and more intimidating depending upon whether you consider talkativeness or silence more intimidating}. I have no idea how the other types deal with them considering I'm one of ( Read more... )

It's genetic art from http://www.picbreeder.org/. It's based on NEAT which is a technique I've been playing with for a few years, I should make clear I had no particular input in this particular project/website though.

Cool - I remember playing with that a while back. Guess I was looking for recognisation of shapes that are not really there!

"I've noted that meta-analysis of this sort of thing in quasi-objective fashion in a public forum is something that INTPs are wont to do, and my LJ friends list is full of INTPs (and LJ has certainly has a much higher than usual concentration). My brother (who is an INTP himself) calls it meta-creepiness ( ... )

Yanno... I think it's just as easy to paint INTP females with a brush that wide as it is to pain online females with the same one. Especially since this one sounds more as a INT*J* given her Olympian long-jump to conclusions there.

A lack of social skills is more common for introverts, but rudeness is either a sign of cuntiness or of Asperger's.

I know, I know...generalizations are unfair. INTPs are all unique like snowflakes just like individuals of any other personality type are. It's simply that I noticed qualities with this particular INTP that were very similar to another one I dated very briefly. Notably, the inclination to be blunt and harsh. However, I believe these two had underdeveloped feeling functions which leads to more autistic-like behavior, methinks.

Hah, I hear ya on that account, about the INTP girl thing.
I cannot, for the life of me, make friends with INTP girls, like, seriously close friends, they are freaks to me in that way too, they like to live in society but say they aren't....and criticize you if you are an INTP and do not go against society.

I find INTJ girls more like me, maybe because I am close to testing out INTJ a lot, they seem to dislike the bullshit, but INTPs, specially girls, cannot stand.

I think INTPs can be a bit more "us against them" than some other types, pitting themselves against society and those different than them...which seems to be most people. Everyone has their own unique working models of reality but, just in my experience, the INTPs tend to have stranger more idiosyncratic models of reality. So, while we/they might pride themselves on being logical, that logic is based on their model and thus based on however they're viewing reality even the logic can seem bizarre ( ... )
