So, apparently I've gotten involved in home brewing.  My friend and I have been toying with the idea of getting into home brewing our own beer.  We originally talked about it months ago since there is a store up in Monroe that has brewer's supplies.  They decided to pick up a kit and I got a mix to make 5 gallons of beer (goodbye spending money),

I'm hoping to make my own mead this Fall, have it ready by next Spring for Faire. :-D

That sounds pretty awesome. I'm hoping if we manage to get good at making beer that we try to make some sort of honey brew. The supply store we went to has stuff for wine, but the guy that we talked to said it takes around a year or so. Besides, I like beer better anyway. Good luck in your endeavor.
