Hecate's Temple
From the outside Hecate's temple looks like a typical ancient Greek temple in pristine condition. The front of the temple has what appears to be large doors, but they're impossible to budge and you may begin to wonder if they're even real doors at all. If you knock on the door with the intention of speaking to Hecate she may just answer and allow you entrance into her domain. Should this occur, you'll discover that you were right, they aren't doors at all.
Slowly the area where the "doors" were will be replaced with portals, fire traces along their edge as they begin to open wider beckoning you to step through them. Those of you that use magic will find that stepping through the portals strips you of a good chunk of those abilities, though the longer you remain in the temple, the more of your magic comes back to you. If you spend a few hours there you might even find that you're magic is stronger than you ever thought possible. The Inside of the Temple
Once inside the Temple you'll be surprised by how vast and elegant it is. The lighting consists of candles, torches, candelabras, and a giant fire pit that you can see upon your entrance. The rooms seem to go on forever and you may begin to wonder how so many rooms fit inside such a tiny temple. The furniture, paintings, and other decorations are all opulent and they seem to come from different time periods during history and different places throughout the world. Strangely enough there are windows that look out onto the rest of the city, however you don't remember there being windows on the outside. Hecate's Library
The most impressive room in Hecate's Temple is the Library, from floor to ceiling this library holds books on everything you could dream of. Should you get the chance to visit this library you'll discover this is where all the books on Greek mythology and history have gone to, you'll also discover there are actual records written by the gods themselves on their various exploits. There are also vast amounts of books on magic, these books include Earth magic throughout the years and universes as well as books on magic from other worlds all together.
