Hmmm. I am not quite sure I would say it is wide spread but it is happening in many places. You have heard of something like this before?

It's hard to compare from here, and I don't like jumping to conclusions -- but it's not new to me, no.

Has there been anything unnatural about it? Besides its appearance, I mean.
