[One reason that falling asleep while working on stuff is a bad idea: you leave your tablet close by, providing a pretty decent view of things when it decides to start a feed of its own accord.
Jill suddenly cries out, low but sharp, and darts upright in bed. There's blood on her heaving chest, running down her skin in thin streams to the low-cut neck of her nightshirt. Those who remember her arrival might notice that the wounds now are in the same circular pattern as her injuries then -- they are the injuries from then, but fresher.]
God-- [She buries her face in her hand, not realizing the tablet's even there, let alone on. More fresh blood dribbles down her forearm, unnoticed; bright red chafing marks both wrists.]
They're getting worse...
[She exhales heavily and pulls her knees closer. There's a hard, distracted, but decided tone to her low voice as she murmurs to no one:] If I see you again, I'll kill you myself this time.
