[the feed flicks on, and there is a shot of little shiny shoes. it's stable for a moment before shaking slightly, as if someone is holding it and giving it a testing rattle. when nothing seems to change, the image becomes stationary again, focused on the small shoes and the (familiar looking? well, is it familiar looking to you?) ground underneath

[No. Fucking no. This time was EXACTLY like the last. A place like this... Nill didn't DESERVE to be in a place like this. That's why the three of them (Her, Badou, and Heine) protected her. But this place seemed worse than the last and if a demon could take over her so easily...]

[Naoto clicks on the video feed. (Don't worry Nill, they can learn together) Her shoulder is still bandaged up, but whatever. Nill was more important right now.]

Nill...

[Eyebrows furrow a bit.]

Show me where you are... I'll come and pick you up.

[Typing is hard - but short of a keymash, typing could not properly express her excitement at seeing a familiar face. Not just any familiar face, but one of the few that it was probably best to see in this situation.]

[She was still lost, sure, but at least she wasn't fully alone...]

[An all too relieved expression washed over her face - a smile, wide and excited and there for a moment before her lips part as if to say something that's just not about to happen.]

[But she can show her where she is, and nods toward the tablet - toward Naoto - before looking up. Nill swung the tablet around after a second, showing somewhere near the pathway between the residential area and the market place.]

[Okay good. She wasn't too far.]

Stay there. I'll be there in a moment.

[She ends the feed and case on her good shoulder, she's out the door. And it takes her all of maybe ten minutes to find Nill. At least the young girl was in her view now.]

[She had stayed - stayed exactly in the spot where she had been whilst talking to Naoto over the tablet. The blond had been slightly over to the side of the road, so it wasn't as if she were in anyone's way, and there were a few trees about to play with the leaves of.]

[But plucking them and shredding them between her nervous fingers was just something to do to keep herself busy when she wasn't craning her neck in either direction in search of her friend. And when Nill finally spotted her, she dropped the small flakes of green (and almost her tablet as well) before taking off at a quick sprint toward the other female.]

[Naoto saw the girl in the distance and quickened her pace to meet up with her. Although Nill was running, Naoto couldn't do the same. But that didn't mean she was glad that Nil--]

[No she wasn't happy that Nill was here the same way she arrived in the The Devil's Sea. Honestly, these places where the last the young girl needed to be but it kept happening.]

[Glad but not happy. It was understandable, the same way Nill would be glad that Naoto were here and walking so briskly toward her, yet unhappy if she knew that she weren't running in turn because she was hurt; same way she'd be glad that Naoto and Badou were here, yet unhappy that it meant not knowing what was happening back home - to the people back home.]

[But for the moment, those were things she didn't know about and thus could not be unhappy about.]

[Within a few feet of the other female, Nill slowed a little, but still just about crashed into Naoto. It was gentle, sure, but a little harder than she'd hoped, although the blow may have been cushioned a tad by the fact it was more of a hug than a tackle.]

[Naoto caught her, Nill slightly knocking her back. Thankfully, the pressure did nothing to her shoulder and the maiden wrapped her arms around the angel.]

[Naoto remembered being hugged by the young girl once before and the feeling was the same. The only good thing about Nill showing up as that she was here with the rest of them, meaning she could be protected by Badou, Heine, and herself. Without her here, even thought it would be safer for Nill, they would worry about what they couldn't see.]

[Arms tightened around the girl and replicated the hug. It was more so a 'I swear I'll protect you' hug more than a 'I'm glad you're here.']

[It was a good hug, and after a moment the initial tension of 'oh my god i am so happy to see you' passed, it's a more relaxed and sweet hug.]

[A nice hug.]

[A cuddly hug.]

[The slight blond pressed her face into Naoto's shoulder - the uninjured one, as luck would have it - and stayed there. She...had almost expected for the other female to smell of the somewhat stuffy church or maybe of sweat (and blood? who knows - something similar to home) but... No, it wasn't close to the familiar smell of the moth balls under that table. But at the same time, it didn't matter.]

[Nill gave a slight squeeze.]

[And when Naoto knelt down to even out their height a bit, Nill had already buried her face in Naoto's good shoulder. Whatever god thought it was a good idea to bring Nill here, Naoto was cursing them mentally. A hand place itself in the blond's hair, pulling her a bit closer.]
