Please help to right a wrong

is not someone I know personally, though I enjoy her writing and she has been on my friendslist for years.
Today she posted a very painful admission of wrongful past actions. She admits to lying about and slandering her spiritual teacher, Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo (www.tara.org/jetsunma-ahkon-lhamo/biography/), a rare woman Buddhist Lama. Unfortunately, once lies are posted on the internet, they take on a life of their own and cannot easily be called back.
I believe Icarusancalion is taking the right action to try to atone for and ameliorate the damage she has done to the reputation of the Jetsunman. One way we can help her repair some of this damage is to go and read her post here.

The more hits she gets on the post, the higher up the rankings it will appear on searches regarding this subject and the more likely it will be that this retraction will be seen by others.
It is a very difficult thing she is trying to do, and she is putting herself on the line to try rectify this, even going so far as to reveal her real life name in the post. To realise you have made a mistake or done something terrible is one thing, but to admit it to the world is gut wrenching.
