"Hey Jeff we are having problems with our e-mail so we called the system administrator from our sister company to come over and fix it. Could you give us the administrator password so we can give it to him to fix things

Makes you wonder what goes through people's heads sometimes. Seriously. Thankfully with the new staff coming in, they are a bit more understanding of how things are supposed to function and trust me with my job.

None of the nonsense like last year with folks buying hardware that I didn't even know about till I walked into the lab and there were kids using it.
