Wow, had I known such a fantastic story like this was floating around, I would have latched onto it sooner!
What a great concept and what a fantastic, believable setting. I have always been fascinated with the "Dirty 30's" and the extent people went to to survive and also the level of crime and violence that occurred.
Thanks for the chapters I've had the fortunate chance of reading. I don't know if you'll ever continue this but I would definitely look forward to reading it if you do!
Oh man, I didn't even know anyone was still lurking around my pages. Haha. Thank you for taking the time to read it and I'm sorry I didn't keep up with it. *Bows*
The 30s have always intrigued me. Can you believe I started this after doing an entire history project on The Big Apple during the Great Depression? Guess school can help spur some ideas.
I'm honestly not sure if I'll get back to this. I haven't really written anything decent since last year. Maybe if I have some practice one-shots I can tackle this again. If you really think I should. ~.^
I would love to see you attempt to pick this piece up again if you ever get inspired in the future! =^.^=
I would also like to read any one-shots you might come up with. You have a real flare for providing a very descriptive setting and mood without using a lot of words, so I really enjoyed reading it!
I accidentally stumbled on this. You should post it on the comms. It's a really fascinating story and you tell it so well. I hope you continue this. :)
Oh, wow, people still read this fic? Haha. I'm glad you liked it so far but it's been a year since I worked on it and I feel like it has pretty much been discontinued. Sorry, sorry. *Bows*
