(Kurt’s the only one who doesn’t know about today, but when Puck shows up later tonight with a six-pack and grumbling about this “morbid as shit” day he thinks he’ll invite him along.)
made me grin extra hard and I'm kind of ready to pass all this awkward crushing stuff going on in canon and get to the part where this could actually happen.

All the pieces are so perfect (especially the My Boy scenes--I really treasure the BFF stuff of P/F and wonder if we'll ever get any kind of resolution on the show about them), but I adore Carole and Burt, and I love their inclusion here. I do think the Hudson/Hummel blended family is just going to be delightful.
Very well done. *claps*

Count me in as someone who craves some new Puck/Finn interaction. It doesn't even have to be shippy (although lol I wouldn't say no, obvs, obvs) just a genuine acknowledgment of the fact that they were best friends and I'm sure they miss each other like mad.
Thank you so much for your comment, bb. I'm glad you liked it! ♥

It’s better this way, Finn tells himself. To have a mom and a Randy and a house where everyone is singing and dancing and laughing, and the urn is kept in coat closet.
This was heartbreakingly tragic. I loved, loved, loved your Finn in this. For all that he's not the sharpest crayon in the box, I really think that he does a lot of thinking in his own, simple way. His love for his mother and the way that her heartbreak was so closely tied to his just... broke my heart. You did such a beautiful thing with his character and this part of his life in so few words. Your writing is ridiculous. You don't waste a single phrase.
They’re in the middle of nowhere, sitting on the bed of Puck’s truck drinking warm beer and debating whether Quinn Fabray would rather give it up to Superman or Batman.
AND
“You’ll forget by the time you finish that beer.”
“Shut up, I won’t.”Ohhhhhh, my darlingest F&P. They ( ... )

And you do not suck except at kissing and you know it. Your review honestly put the biggest, brightest smile on my face after such a stressful day at work. You managed to remind me exactly why I wrote this and posted it. And I can't lie, I'm embarrassingly proud of the Batman/Superman thing.
...he's ready to pull Kurt into his very small inner circle.
That's exactly what I was going for and I'm glad it came across.
Love, thank you so so much for the beta, and the beautiful, beautiful comment and a giant kudos to you & Esra for putting this together for the fandom. You're simply the best ♥

Finn forgetting Puck's dad's birthday was such a wonderful detail.
