To be fair...it was in the news about 4 monthes ago. This has been going on for a quite awhile and it got a good amount of attention when it first happened. It hasn't gone into effect yet, but that should happen soon unless it gets put to a state referendum.
I know it was in the news but it's more of an issue now, because back then, it was just a written law. now it's actually close to going into effect. they're going to put it to a vote. i'm just constantly disappointed in the media. thats all. thanks seacrest
