The Somarium security police-agent Dominic Sorel is hereby assigned to the mission of information-gathering and secret operations to benefit the good of the state. M. Sorel is advised to commit the following names to memory;

the one called Loki;
the red-maned Grell Sutcliff;
and the girl child Road Kamelot and her 'guardian,' Vincent Nightray.

He is encouraged to exercise his duty thoroughly. In the case that his position becomes threatened, he will remove himself from his post and report to the District Five station immediately for a full verbal account.
