My sound card is dead now, so I guess that was why the sound wasn't working that much. Might have melted cause of heat.

Today I was reminded that my mobo has (and has always had) onboard surround sound so why did I ever even buy a sound card?

Oh well.

Because a soundcard will beat onboard audio for sound quality 9 times out of 10. :P
