Poor Peter, that's an awful lot to take in all at once. Can't wait to see what he had to tell himself in the letter.

The lovemaking scene was great too.

This (When he spread his body over hers, she felt that same arcane recognition vibrate through them - that the bones that were rubbing over her right now were the closest to a home she was ever going to get.) is my favorite line. Makes me shudder.

And the sports metaphors. Oh Claire, once a cheerleader always a cheerleader. Or perhaps that should be a blonde joke.

Wussy Peter starts to firm up! I made him sound like playdoh, which I suppose is an apt analogy. Very nice. Especially how Claire formed him while he formed her.

Great chapter! The sex scene was beautifully done and I loved this line:

This time she found no reticence in herself - no nervous shaking in her thighs as he crouched over her body, ran his hands up her arms. He wasn’t nervous either, just seemed…eager. And tender.

It showed how far both of them have come to be comfortable in that moment. Peter's reaction was also really well done. I couldn't help but laugh at his insistence that he doesn't know how to time travel. I liked how Claire just told him to figure it out. Off to read the next chapter!
