FM's gonna have one heck of a job. I suggest calling on facebook for student volunteers to help cleanups. Define rubbish areas where people can move fallen debris to, and remove it from there.

Most of it is leaf litter .. and Grounds are rather efficient.

Inside buildings requires some nouse ... and of course dealing with liability/insurance issues.
