Aww. Well, even though your job doesn't make you rich, it's good that you like it. I'm jealous that you have free access to a gym. I would love that!

Maybe you can temporarily get a part-time job waitressing or something? Tips really add up, especially when you live rent free. When I waitressed and lives with my parents, life was golden...I deposited my paychecks and kept my tips for bills and spending money. I went to New York City without putting a cent on a credit card. My, how times have changed. Sigh. :)

I'm sorry about your car. :( Why does that always happen when we're broke? Then again, if you had $550 sitting in the bank, it would still suck to shell it out.

Hey, good to see you posting again! Hope things get better; I'm sure they will. Any book recommendations? Maybe I'll have the opportunity to read in a month...wouldn't that be glorious. I'm so ready to be done, or at least get my capstone (read:major) presentation over with tomorrow.

I read a lot of fantasy books... and I know it seems kiddish, but I really enjoyed the Harry Potter books if you havnt read them... I like the Redwall books, which are also along the "kiddish" line. Ann Rule's true crime books are neat, and most of which are local stories because shes from seattle..if I think of anymore Ill let you know.

Wow, I found this in my inbox from a while ago. I haven't read any of my Redwall books for a while, but there are a number of them (all that had been published at some point in time).
