This notice is to ask for your charitable donations. I have begun the renovation of a building in the 1st District of our city, to be completed as soon as possible. The purpose of this building will be a church that will serve many social functions for anyone who needs them. These services will include:

Not offensive, no. Prideful perhaps unless the sizable amount of a donation offered were in proportion to the thanks given by the church in return.

[Money really is preferred however. Cesare considers what he can have the youths do for him. He was never one of those priests that liked having a handful of little alter boys scurrying around doing menial tasks. Still, it could give his church a more family feel, some legitimacy.
