The apartment people called today and it's official: the apartment in Temecula is ours. Move in day is April 1st (and probably 2nd). I'm more relieved than anything. No more of this crazy room renting crap, or ending up at the mercy of crazy couples. The location is really nice with shopping close by and a park/lake/memorial that's a short walk
