so i figured it'd do me good to give a little post, since i haven't been keeping up on this at all anymore...but i just don't have the time anymore. so you'll have to deal with more sporadic updates to prove that i live. atleast this time i actually have stuff to write about

Riverside blows. I don't care that our neuro unit has won awards. Frankly I don't know how they managed to do so. Last time I bothered to look, their customer service rating was like 35%, and they were celebrating the great improvement! Even when I was in Escort, I told Penny that I refused to be treated for anything neuro at Riverside.

VIR, the place that does a lot of the neuro interventions, blows almost as hard. I had the misfortune of dealing with them in Escort and in CDCU. They think they come before everybody else, they don't bother to give detailed reports (like the fact that they hit the nerve and the poor guy can't feel his leg, and won't be able to for at least 4 hours), and they don't know what the heck they're talking about (they once asked "what's a deficit?" when our nurse asked if the patient had any deficits from his stroke 3 years prior).

So, yeah... Frag Riverside. I'd rather have the little foreign guy who sells organs in the alley. =P
