OK so after 28 hours of travel, my first plane ride and a day ahead of the states, we Finally made it to Bangkok. I am sitting at the hospital termanal on paid internet. yeah i am trying to be open minded and adpat. Time passes differently here and everyone is soo mellow and un in a hurry. I can not remember the last time I have several days to just disengage from my busy life and stop to smell roses as it were. We are having a good time and the internet is making me feel less disconnected from everyone which is good. A phrasebook, awsome idea hun thanks.

Ok, on topics you can discuss publically--how was your first plane flight? My goodness, you don't do things by halves, do you? I mean, nothing like flying AROUND THE WORLD on your first flight! LOL! Do you have any pictures, yet? Was the situation at the airport insane, considering all the stuff going on in Thailand right now?

I love you both LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS.

Hi hun,
yup we made it and things are going well. heh nope nothing half ass for me :P 14 hours to taipai, 3 to utipou + 1 hour of wating to get off plane. 1-3 hours to get through customs at the military airport, then the mass every man for themselves thing to grab your bagage as it goes by on the one carasel they had there. It was a madhouse of doom. It was the first day they were letting planes land there and they were trying to get stranded people out. 3 hour taxi ride here, check into hotel and whew thud!!!
I don't have any pictures yet but I plan on taking some soon.
We are ok no need to worry, I will email you private with more details.

SO GLAD YOU & TORI ARE SAFE! Will be sending lots & lots of positive energy your way for your first big adventure to be an amazing one. Everytime I introduce Rachel to someone who knows you she keeps saying in a super excited voice "Sherice is going to be my new sewing buddy!!", its really cute. If you get stuck in SF on the way home, call me, I can come rescue you. Looking forward to seeing pictures & hearing stories when you get home.

HI hun,
It deffinately has been an adventure so far, fun and strange. I am not sure I will look at life the same after being here for a month. I am looking forward to sewing time with rachel when I get back. Maybe you could come over to and we could have a crafty girly day.
If you are able to rescue us from the airport that would be wonderful!! We did not have a way back to san jose, we were going to worry aboutthat later. We are due to be arriving in SF on the 25th of december ( being x-mas I undersand if you are not available.) Let me know if you are available and I will email you with times etc...

Well, phooey! For some reason I thought you were flying back in a few days after xmas. I will be at Grandma's house in Sac the 22nd to the 26th. If your flight plans change, keep me posted, I am off from work from the 19th until Jan 2nd, so either way, we will have crafty girl time when you are home again. If I talk to anyone staying local for the holiday I will see if they can rescue you, will e-mail you and let you know.
