2. Spending time with Kat and Chris
3. Trying Laughing Cow cheese and liking it on crackers
4. Feeling calmer tonight than last night or earlier today
5. Getting my new Mucha journal and writing in it

mucha journals? where do you get those? XD

and anxiety is a bitch, i know. I've always had it for as long as i can remember but it didn't really strong until i moved out of my dad's house. now that i'm in a better place it's calmed down significantly, but i'm still getting these intense feelings of shaky anger whenever i think of a certain someone. at least you're doing the best you can under your circumstances. that's the main thing.
