Day 17 - Your favorite memory

When I was 2 years old and at my father's best friend's daughter's 5th birthday party. Night had fallen and country music was playing in the background. I was playing on the grass and in the drive way. There were fireflies. It seemed like a magical night.

2. Having less anxiety today than in a long time (well, after recovering from my nightmare)
3. Getting yummy things from Trader Joe's
4. Eating a falafel wrap (though I still feel sick from it...)

My heart is racing and I just woke up from a dream about people shooting a cat and her kittens and three birds because I asked them to stop feeding the animals cookies and chocolate...

3. My psychiatrist calling me back quickly
4. Cleaning the house more and de-cluttering the back room
5. A photograph of me being chosen to be in an art show and being invited to the reception

1. Going to crafting, even though it was difficult.
2. Talking to Kat at crafting.
3. Receiving a bunch of packages in the mail.
4. Having a book order canceled that I didn't really need.
5. Taking the least amount of medication for anxiety that I have taken in a long time. And nothing for sleep yet (going to try going without).

1. Less anxiety today
2. Only taking Valium once, and not until 2:30pm
3. Getting more cleaning done
4. Getting a book in the mail, along with a pretty card
5. Losing the weight I seemed to have gained yesterday
