Once again my world has been spun on around. I found out Tuesday at work that the corporate office for the nursing home I work for told the director of nursing she had to cut nursing hours due to our lack of patients. Then I found out Wednesday I was being laid off effective Monday. Which freaked me out completely, but she said that I would be

I'm sorry. That just plain sucks! :( But for my two cent, I would ask if I could work until my maternity leave and then get laid off when it's over. They may agree to that?
