So for about 2 years I've believed my computer speakers don't work. I've had both Mark and Rick try to figure this out, finally concluding that my soundcard isn't compatable with my operating system or somthing like that. Well, Kerrik figured it out.

He turned up the volume.

I've had that happen to me so many times, only to find out (almost) every time that my computer had somehow muted itself in the volume controls. The weird thing was that the volume would just suddenly turn itself down and go to mute.

You know what the worst part is? I already tried that, when you had it in your dorm room, the day I drove you back in the snow after you stayed the weekend at my place. It was the first thing I tried, it's the first thing I always try.
