jacket:
shoulder-shoulder: 16"
shoulder-bottom: 20"
sleeve: 19.5" from shoulder

skirt:
waist: 13"
waist-hem: 24"

all measurements were taken while it was laying flat.
its a dress size 6
my measurements are 34"-26"-36" and it fit me like a dream.

waist 14"
top to bottom 13.5"
laying flat.

its streachy though too.
