1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
have a one night stand, take a class i could possibly fail (and still don't know my grade for, so i could still fail it), got dumped, played wow, went to maine, got a smartphone.
2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i didn't have any because i don't think that stuff matters. why set yourself up for failure. juz do what u wanna do.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
nope!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
not anyone close to me, but i feel like a lot of people i was close to had people who were close to them die, and that bummed me out.
5. What countries did you visit?
none! usa all da way.
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
confidence, happiness, self-sufficiency, drive and motivation
7. What date from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
the day i got dumped because it was awful, but also made me realize that i had friends that ~rly cared~ and people are nice humans when you need them to be.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
i did some good hiking! up a huge mountain!!!! many miles of hiking!!!
9. What was your biggest failure?
self hatred, letting myself feel defeated, allowing myself to be defeated without attempting to do anything about it, etc., generally just punching myself in the emotional face repeatedly.
10. Did you suffer from illness or injury?
nothing serious! though i still have a square scar from that fall i took at will's graduation party.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
world of warcraft, some good pants.

1. all of my friends for being great human beings
2. peter curtis' for buying me a six pack at work when i got dumped
3. my dad for always being good to me even when i sucked and sat in bed and played wow all day over the summer and never got my license.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
well i'm sure you can all guess what i could say. but really, i think my behavior was the most appalling and depressing. i just lacked any drive to pick myself up and try to do things. ever. i also just did a lot of self-hating and that's not cool.

food because i love to eat.

1. hiking the white mountins this summer!
2. virginia, sam, and will graduating!
3. going to boston for nye!

there are some fake-ass tricks in my department who i wanted to be friends with and then i was social with, and i realized they were all jerks.

i don't know. probably like…some new clothes. literally i fucking suck and had no aspirations this year. oh a good grade in computers & society. does that count?

the kids are all right.

had people over my house! i was 20! i really liked my birthday this year.

pad thai, humans, wow.

i missed like…myself before i needed other humans to feel good about myself. like weird goth middle school me was kind of cool in that way that i was totally fine being alone all the time and could just go on the internet and draw and write all the time in my room and rely on no one.

my friend vlad and i met freshman year but got close this year, new people in my department, ricky's family in fl.
