i woke up early today because i knew nobody was going to be home, and i wanted to make some serious rock and roll in the living room. i showered, ate breakfast, set up all my gear, and started playing... and my amp started making these horrific static noises. at first i thought it was the moogerfooger, cause i'm still skeptical about that bitch.

Dood, I was looking at one of those moogerfoogers the other day... thinking about picking it up.. what do you like/dislike about it?? Maybe sometime I could check it out?

well... i have the ring modulator. i like it a whole hell of a lot. it's really versatile. the reason i was skeptical is because i bought it used, and it's kinda noisy. i wasn't sure if it's the organics of the pedal of if it was a defect - i think it's organic, though. you'll have to go and experiment around with the effect you want to get... www.moog.com ??? i think that's it. they have sound samples. and olde towne music (in the p-town) sells them new.
