don't know of many spaces like that - but I would suggest being careful renting an industrial space to live in, not only is it expensive, but they'll sue your ass bad for living in non-residentially zoned districts
oh, i wouldn't attempt to live anywhere that wasn't zoned residential. there are a few places in SE (city sign building, oak st. building) that are zoned residential and have live in management, etc. that i wouldn't mind living in.
