[ It's snowing in Somarium, and while the entirety of the place has turned into one hell of a winter wonderland there's one small patch of forest that is magically not as affected. However there is still snow there and this is definitely something Unicorn isn't used to

[Dash is still trying to get the hang of control the clouds here. She was able to make a house and stand on them, but they didn't stop that stupid snowing even when she kicked them away. They would just come back! She was just floating on by on one of the clouds, thinking, when she spotted the unicorn. She was so big!]

[ Unicorn looked up and was at first very surprised to see Dash. Not so much because she was a pegasus, but because of the way she looked. She'd never seen one like her before. ]

Well hello there pegasus! [ Unicorn seemed genuinely excited to see someone who, in her world, would have been an immortal like her. Even if this one did look a little strange. ]

[Dash keeps flying when she comes down to her. It was better to be at eye level...ish. At lest that's the way that Dash saw it.]

[ Unicorn tossed her head a bit. To her the word ponie was associated with horses, not what she was. ]

Rainbow Dash? [ Unicorn found that name odd, but since this was a creature very similar to herself she gave her real name a try. It came across as something that was part thought, feeling,sound and word. It wasn't really name, rather it encompassed all that she was as well as what made her different from others of her kind. She had no idea if this creature could say it or even understand it. There was after all a reason she kept with others calling her Unicorn. ]

[ There's a small smile to Unicorn's features, if you can call it that, as she looks at this pony. ]

Dash is who I met, and Unicorn is fine.

Normally it would, but my magic keeps it from settling. [ She seems a little troubled when she says this. ]

At least, that's what it's supposed to do. I-I've never known a winter like this.

You've never known a winter. The snow is very pretty at least, people usually make snowmen or snow angels with it. It's fun.

No I haven't. My forest would always stay green as spring. The snow would never fall there, so this is new to me.
