PROS
1. close to the rents
2. bigger (100 more square feet)
3. cheaper ($900 as opposed to $970)
4. outback steak house!!!!
5. newer apartment
6. bigger kitchen
7. hardwood floors
8. closer to train if i want to go to NY

CONS
1. far from work (potentially 40 minutes)
2. gas money
3. rte 9 is gay
4. traffic?
5. mileage on da car
6. far from beach

You forgot one:

Cons: Old Bridge is a dirty, dirty town.

I agree with Val. You have decide which is more important to you right now. Your life outside your home or your life inside it. That should make the decision easier.

Haha. its a nice complex. I'm pretty sure I need to feel better at home. As of now I am avoiding my apartment. Thats no good.
