though it is increasingly more popular for tattooed individuals to have them removed by the ten times as expensive, and triple as painful laser removal process. It actually was just in the New York Times. What tends to be a major reason, is "not professional". Many woman claimed that they never get to wear skirts because they ahve to cover the tattoos on their legs and ankles. Also, low cut in front or back or short sleeved shirts on men or woman,because of tattoos up the neck and down the arms and on the top parts of the breast.
