If we've got so much trouble getting rid of Peeves at Hogwarts, how do you suppose it's easier to get rid of this poltergeist in Oliver's flat? That's just strange...

Peeves is impossible. There's more than one type of poltergeist, anyway.

I don't know all the details, but the ones that tend to go for houses and flats rather than larger dwellings are usually weaker and easier to disable.

Hence why I said I'd try and get rid of Diabolus for Oliver.
