well not much exciting has happened in the last week...pretty much here's my day...get up at noon...eat...go to the fitness center, run 3 miles, lift, run another mile, do abs...come home, take a shower..& then either go to work, run again, or go do somethin w/ my friends....go to bed around like 4 or 5....sleep & then it starts all over again. so
