i have never done that but my patella likes to slide around in there and get lodged on the wrong side and knee pain is the worst, i hope you get to feelin' better soon dear!!! for serious.

i know 3 people who have torn their ACL
two of them have had minor surgery and the other one is waiting.

that sucks, it's a pretty common sports injury. Minor surgery? The surgery is pretty serious, from what the doctor said, 9 months recovery.

uhh well one of them had to repair her miniscus (sp?) first and then the other one, chris had some sort of small surgery first and now they're both waiting for their big one which isn't even scheduled yet because so many people are doing it.
