This is the best apple pie ever. I'm not even going to be humble about it. It's just that good.

So, funny story. My sister sent a recipe much like this to our Mom, but when she tried to make it she read one cup of sour cream as one tub. And Mom buys things in bulk.

She complained that my sister's recipe never set up, and she was never going to make it again. A bit of debriefing led to the critical flaw :-).

It was an extremely creamy apple pie.

Change it to gluten-free flour and pastry and it sounds good. :)
