This is a LOT of dairy! I bet we'd love it. Haha. Christian is obsessed with beans so that's good, too. He's the cheapest child to feed in the world.

If I was worried about too much cheese (which I'm not, not at all) I might leave out the cream cheese. But maybe the cream cheese would work better if you're making the recipe when it's cold out, because as it is above, it's really really REALLY stick-to-your-ribs filling.
