[Much like CSA did when Texas was sick, Texas notices CSA's absence in their cabin and can only assume he's gone or been whisked away to the main house. He arms himself, leaves food out for Cotton and makes the trek to the house as quickly as he can.

He hears them the moment he steps inside. He runs in the direction of the noise and once he arrives on the scene, he stills for just a moment. Then- out comes a revolver, the one Hookeracy gave him. He cocks the hammer and aims it at Union.]

Get off-a him!

[ It would seem neither noticed the state until Texas speaks. CSA's surprised enough to momentarily pause struggling, though it's only a moment before he turns his attention back to the Union, hoping to use the distraction as a chance to try and break the grip his twin has on him. And maybe sneak in a hit below the belt, knowing him. Whatever works, right? ]

No. Both of them have escaping him so much Union's patience has run thin. So instead of quite falling back, he does his best to dodge or otherwise deflect CSA's strikes and when he sits up, he drags CSA up as well to use as a sheild between himself and Texas's revolver. ]

[Texas' eyes narrow- Of course, he has no intention of firing with CSA between them, but he keeps his revolver up.]

[As if Texas could ignore all this commotion. He's hoping those voices don't belong to who he thinks they do, but as he sprints to the scene, he realizes how in vain that hope is.

When he sees Union and CSA, he isn't sure who to help. But he should separate them at least, he knows that.He moves closer, trying to find an opening to insert himself into.]
